Return and Exchange Policy for Christmas Combos Only

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if any of the products are received in a damaged condition.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery at web.urbantribe@gmail.com. Please include clear photos and short video clips as proof of the damaged product to support your claim.

1. Charges for Returns

  • Returns are chargeable at INR 100.
  • We do not include return costs in our product pricing. Since our return rate is under 2%, we prefer to price our products fairly rather than increasing them to cover potential returns.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  • To return or exchange a product, please email us at web.urbantribe@gmail.com with the subject line "Return" and include:

    • Order ID
    • Phone Number
    • Bank Account Details (Account Number, Name, IFSC Code)
    • Reason for Return
  • Your return request will be processed within 1-2 business days.

  • If your delivery address falls under an Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ), return pickup may not be available. In such cases, you will need to send the product to us at your own expense. We will notify you via email if your pincode falls under ODZ, and in such cases, the INR 100 return charge will not be applicable.

3. Return Process

For Residents of India:

  • Please ensure the item is properly packed and ready for reverse pickup.

For International Customers:

  • You will need to ship the product to us at your own expense.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you need an exchange for the same or a different product, email us at web.urbantribe@gmail.com with your Order ID and the product you want as a replacement.
  • Exchange requests are processed within 24 hours.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under discount (Coupon or Referral) are not eligible for return but can be exchanged for a product of the same value.
  • Keychains, free gifts, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • International orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.

6. Payment of INR 100 Return Charges

  • The INR 100 return charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds take 2 to 5 business days to reflect in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The inspection process may take 15-20 business days after the returned item is received.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank since processing times may vary.

9. Reasons for Rejection of Return or Exchange

  • The item is not returned in its original packaging and perfect condition.
  • Every parcel undergoes a 5-stage quality check before shipping. To ensure a smooth return or replacement, record an unboxing video as proof in case the product is damaged.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.
