Domestic Orders

1. Delivery Time

• Order processing takes 1-2 working days.
• Delivery typically takes 4-7 working days across India.

2. Delivery Charges

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India (Zone In-Reach only).

3. Tracking Orders

• Customers can track their package at any time.
• Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the registered email.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us at web.urbantribe@gmail.com.

4. Out of Reach Areas (ODZ)

• We use a third-party courier service that covers almost all PIN codes across India.
• Some locations are classified as Out of Delivery Zones (ODZ).
• If your address falls within an ODZ, we will notify you within 5 working days.
• You may either cancel the order for a full refund or provide an alternative address within the delivery zone.

5. Delays in Shipping

• Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Logistical challenges
  • Unforeseen disruptions beyond our control

6. Cancellation of Order Due to Delivery Issues

• Our courier partner will attempt three delivery attempts at the provided address.
• If the package is undeliverable due to reasons not attributable to us (such as incorrect address or recipient unavailability), it will be returned to our warehouse.
• Upon receiving the returned package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email.
• If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered terminated, and a refund will be processed within 30 days of order termination.
